What is the recipe for Kitchen Boss’ homemade chocolate milk?
I was watching Kitchen Boss today and they made homemade chocolate milk. But thanks to my one year I missed the how to and ingredients. Does anyone know how to make it?

Cake Boss homemade chocolate milk:
4 C milk in a pot (doesn’t say what temp)
2/3 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
a little bit of vanilla (looks like about 1 Tbsp)
a pinch of salt
whisk together until it melts.
He strains it into a Pyrex measuring cup for serving so that there’s no film from the milk when it’s heated. Then he puts it in the fridge to chill. Pyrex rather than glass or ceramic is important because you’re putting something hot into the cold fridge and the quick change in temp could make it crack/break.

Does anyone know what the name of the kitchen boss episode aired yesterday?
I looked on the website and it doesn’t say.
Buddy made something I would like to know the recipe for.. it was like a bow tie pasta with pesto sauce I believe.
His mother & his step father also cooked something but I didn’t get to see that.

I work in the Kitchen at a nursing home, my boss told me I need to bring in a doctors note, because i have been working there a month and I went home early one day and stayed home the next cause of stomach virus, and I called in today, and told her that Im coughing, have a runny nose and am sneezing many times during the day, I dont have a fever, but Im scared of getting some of the residents sick. What to do?

Sounds like you follow your work policy by getting a Dr. Note (I assume it’s calling in sick more than a couple days requires sa note from Dr) or plan on finding other employment.
